MTV News welcomes Lauren Davis as our official Coca-Cola Movie Awards Insider for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. From now until the big show on Sunday, Lauren will be mixing it up with the hottest celebrities and taking you behind closed doors for one of Hollywood's biggest events.
Hey everyone! My name is Lauren Davis and I will be your 2010 MTV Movie Awards Insider. I'm 18 years old, and I am from St. Louis, Missouri. I just graduated from high school and will be attending college in New York City this fall.
When I was told that I was selected to be the Coke insider, I was speechless. I could not believe it! I thought maybe I would be one of the runner-ups, but it was completely surreal to find out that I actually won! In the past, I always watched the MTV Movie Awards, but I never imagined I would actually be going, let alone interviewing celebrities on the red carpet!
I'm so excited to get to Los Angeles and to work with the MTV News team as well. I can't wait to see what goes on behind the scenes, learn all about what it takes to be an insider and even meet a few celebrities!
This week leading up to the show should be an amazing experience, and I hope you all tune in to get the inside scoop!
