Good morning, readers! The fuzzy fellow you see off to the right is my dog, Loki. Loki got a special treat last night. As you might have seen here yesterday, Hasbro sent over one of the giant "Star Wars" AT-AT toys that go on sale starting in August, as part of the celebration surrounding today's 30th anniversary of "Star Wars - Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back." So I brought this awesome thing home to introduce to Loki.
Let me set the scene for you. You've got Loki, a smiling, 85 pound Chow Chow. And then you've got the AT-AT, which measures 28 inches long, 24 inches high and 7 inches wide (closer to 12 inches when the side hatches are open). Pooch and machine are roughly the same size. Which led to an interesting (read: adorable and hilarious) photo session when they first met last night. Hit the jump to see for yourself.
