Robert Pattinson is kind of a big deal these days. I can't imagine why. Whatever the reason is though, it's odd to think about RPattz shifting to a "supporting role" in "New Moon," even if that's what the narrative of Stephenie Meyer's book dictates.
Not that he's complaining. Speaking to the gathered crowd at last night's San Diego Comic-Con "New Moon" panel, Pattinson said that his work on the set was one of the "most relaxing jobs" he's ever had. Not a terrible surprise when you consider he didn't arrive until three weeks into the shoot. Even then, shooting the "apparition" scenes meant he was in for "maybe one word a week." A rough schedule indeed.
