I may be biased here, but I think Kurt Loder's review of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" really nails the headline with the "Snogwarts" play on words. For those who don't know, "snogging" is a UK English word for kissing. And that's a big part of what "Half-Blood Prince" is about, what with the main characters' and their now-raging hormones.
Since romance is so very much in the air in "Half-Blood Prince," we decided to hit up some fans on the street, find out who they think is the most kissable. Want to know what they said? Peep it in the video below.
