Jeff Goldblum Reps Call Rumors Of Actor's Death Untrue

Contrary to some Internet reporters, actor Jeff Goldblum is alive and well. Earlier today, while news of Michael Jackson was still unfolding, various websites reported a second death in the entertainment industry: Jeff Goldblum, known for such roles as "The Fly" and "Independence Day."

In a statement to MTV News, the celebrity's reps called the news "crazy" and definitively labeled it as "not true." So in a day befallen with tragedy, at least one silver lining exists.
