Poor Bradley Cooper. Dude just can't get away from these "A-Team" questions. In case you need a refresher, Joe Carnahan is directing a TV-to-movie adaptation of the 1980s TV series "The A-Team." Cooper had been rumored to be stepping into the role of Faceman. Then he confirmed it. Then he backed away from said confirmation. Then Variety reported he was "in talks" for the role.
Still with me? Here we are today. Cooper chatted with MTV UK this week to promote his latest role, in Todd Phillips' very successful "The Hangover." And sure enough, Cooper was asked about his possible involvement with "The A-Team." His response may surprise you (but probably not).
Said Cooper: "I think, er, Yes I'll be doing it." He must feel good to finally get that off his chest. And in case it wasn't clear, Justin Bartha went on to drive the point home: "That's a MTV exclusive." Not that anyone really doubted it at this point, but Cooper has made it official. Again. He will be Faceman in Joe Carnahan's "The A-Team."
Bradley Cooper joining the cast officially brings the confirmed Team count to one. Good stuff guys.
Did you have any doubts left at this point about Cooper joining the cast? Do you think now that we have one Team member confirmed, the rest will follow in short order? Putting aside rumors and rumblings, who would you like to see step in?
