"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" co-creator Kevin Eastman, also the owner and publisher of "Heavy Metal" magazine, has announced that "Avatar" director James Cameron and Tenacious D rocker Jack Black are joining the ranks of "Heavy Metal," the multi-directorial comic book adaptation from the likes of Zack Snyder, Gore Verbinski and David Fincher (who will also serve as an executive producer).
