Here we have MTV's Josh Horowitz talking to Will Ferrell, Danny McBride and their turtle. It doesn't move very, it can't talk and it smells. BUT it wants you to watch "Behind the Screen" on MTV this Sunday at 11pm. You should listen. That turtle has... powerful friends.

Of course, there are definitely benefits to tuning in on Sunday. In addition to more wacky antics with Ferrell, McBride and their menagerie of animals, you'll be able to check out an exclusive clip from Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" (yes, that is spelled correctly), the broadcast premiere of the "Brüno" trailer and an exclusive first look at the set of "Get Him to the Greek" with MTV pal and funnyman Russell Brand. Also, be sure to keep it locked on MTV throughout the weekend, as all six "Star Wars" movies will air between Saturday and Monday.

I don't need to tell you how large and confusing the Wayans family is. Why? Because they do a far better job of explaining it themselves. From the recent press junket for "Dance Flick," which hits theaters tomorrow:

Shoshana Bush: [referring to the Wayans family] I had to get who was who down. That was step number one.

Damon Jr: I don’t even have that down! Do you know how long I thought my dad was uncle Keenen?

Click it right on that image for a better look at -- and a better understanding of -- the Family Wayans.

Christian Bale in 'Terminator Salvation'FROM MTV.COM: A lot of hard work has gone into "Terminator Salvation," the fourth installment of the time-shuffling robot-war series and the first since the 2003 "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" detoured the franchise into the realm of unintentional hilarity. Unlike the past films, the new one is set in the future — the one from which android assassin Arnold Schwarzenegger was dispatched a quarter-century ago to travel back to 1984 and terminate Sarah Connor, the soon-to-be mother of John Connor, who, in the future from which Arnold was dispatched, had grown up to be the leader of the human resistance forces battling the metallic minions of Skynet, the sentient computer entity that had taken over the world. Oh, and also to put a stop to Kyle Reese, who had likewise beamed in from the future for the purpose of becoming John Connor's father. Is your head starting to hurt again?

Joseph McGinty, the director who fearlessly continues to call himself "McG" (a childhood nickname, he says; what if his parents had dubbed him "Munchkin"?), has staged some memorable scenes here. There's a gigantic Skynet aircraft swooping down on a bridge filled with fleeing humans; and a leap from a helicopter into a storm-tossed ocean far below to rendezvous with a rebel submarine; and — in the movie's snazziest interlude — a disembodied Terminator spinal column violently thrashing around on a lab gurney while its human captors struggle to hold it down.

Christian Bale in 'Terminator Salvation'Today’s release of “Terminator Salvation” marks the arrival of the fourth actor to play John Connor, son of Sarah Connor and the future savior of post-Judgment Day humanity. Christian Bale is the new guy, and trailers so far have suggested that he brings some of that “Batman” darkness to the role. Whatever you want to think about that unfortunate meltdown of his, this is a good pairing of character and actor.

Sarah (Linda Hamilton) is Skynet’s target in the first movie, and her protector Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn) is the man who turns out to be John’s father. John Connor doesn’t actually appear in the flesh until the second movie, “Terminator 2: Judgment Day.” There he is played by a teenage Edward Furlong, who manages to deliver a nice balance between whiny punk and future savior of humanity. Sheesh. Rupert Grint and Daniel Radcliffe have certainly grown up a bit since "Order of the Phoenix." In this new clip from "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," Harry (Radcliffe) finds his good pal Ron (Grint) staring off into space in the boys' dorm. Ron is under love's spell, and it doesn't seem to be the natural kind.

Russell Brand and Movies Editor Josh Horowitz are buds. A couple months ago they hung out in an elevator and discussed Brand’s sex addiction. When the duo met up again, this time on the set of Brand’s upcoming film, “Get Him to the Greek,” talk once again turned to addictions. Namely, Brand’s former -- and his character Aldous Snow’s current -- battles with drugs.

Check out the clip below to see what Brand has to say about no longer getting sauced up to his eyeballs in real life, the chance in "Greek" to get wacky on enough substances to kill an elephant, and the small fact that the night before the interview he drugged Horowitz and made him his wife.

To see the rest of the interview, as well as exclusive clips from "Land of the Lost, "Inglorious Bastards," and others, tune in to MTV this Sunday at 11 p.m. for our movie extravaganza, "Behind the Screen."

MTV Movie AwardsWardrobe selection is crucial for a high-profile televised event like the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. Want to hear it from an insider? Consider the dilemma MTV's Tim Kash faces as he prepares for next weekend's festivities.

Of course, the actual award nominees have far less to worry about. Most of them probably rely on a team of advisers, managers and PR specialists to handle those decisions. They can all rest easy knowing that the night of the show, a full wardrobe -- probably one that's never been worn -- will be laid out, ready and waiting to either dazzle or disappoint a waiting public. Red carpets offer plenty of good interview opportunities, but they're also essentially one big fashion show. Read More...
