"We wanted to make the action and adventure look real," Ferrell related about how the movie differs from the 1974 television series. When "Land of the Lost" hits theaters June 5, it'll be getting a high-octane shot of humor courtesy of Ferrell and co-star Danny McBride and although the tone will change slightly from its original incarnation, Ferrell says he's careful to maintain the franchise's spirit.

Exciting news, Twilighters! USA Today just published the first official photo of the Quileute werewolf pack from "New Moon." The four actors featured in the photo are Chaske Spencer (Sam), Alex Meraz (Paul), Kiowa Gordon (Embry) and Bronson Pelletier (Jared) — all have some Native American heritage. Though we got a glimpse of a few of Jacob's friends in the first movie, the characters will have a much bigger role in the sequel, as Bella gets very close to Jacob after Edward's departure.

Twilighters everywhere were really excited about the casting of the Quileutes a few months ago — obviously, the studio went for authenticity with this group of little-known actors who all have some Native American heritage. Tons of fan sites did some digging right away and found some pictures of Chaske, Alex, Kiowa and Bronson. But the boys look a lot different in this new official picture than they did back then. They've clearly been cleaned up a bit — and it's obvious they've been working out to live up to their buff descriptions in the books.

Terry CrewsReading the crew list, it feels like you’re strolling down the “action-adventure” aisle at Blockbuster: Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Steve Austin and on and on. But on the set of the currently-filming flick “The Expendables,” nobody is as pumped-up as Terry Crews.

“It is the first time you have all these stars in one flick,” Crews told us recently, just before leaving for Brazil to shoot the film. “There is going to be a cameo by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lungren is coming back. Stallone is directing it, writing it. It is awesome, man. I am just privileged and honored to be a part of it, and I am telling you it is going to be great.” Read More...

HD-DVDThose of us who choose poorly on the high-definition format war now have slightly more reason to celebrate. Fifteen months after going Blu-ray-only, Warner Bros. has launched the "Red2Blu" program.

The initiative will allow customers to swap their HD-DVD discs with their Blu-ray counterparts for a nominal charge of $4.95 plus $6.95 shipping and handling. Participants in the program are instructed to mail in the cover art to quality for the trade-in, which is in contrast to similar programs which require the original disc to be returned.

For more on "Red2Blu" and to start the process of swapping out your defunct copies, visit Red2Blu.com.

Robert PattinsonFROM SPLASH PAGE: While chatting with Marvel Comics' Spider-Man editor, Steve Wacker, about "Spider-Man: The Short Halloween" (written by "Saturday Night Live" regulars Bill Hader and Seth Meyers and previewed on Splash Page), the conversation turned to the famous wall-crawler's return to the big screen. Naturally, I had to ask Marvel's go-to Spidey guy who he'd like to see Peter Parker battle in "Spider-Man 4."

"I like The Vulture," Wacker told MTV News. "The flying around would be cool, and if you cast Larry David in that role, I'll watch forever -- even if it's just a beginning fight, with Spider-Man beating on Larry David with wings."

"Morbius would be awesome, but who do you put in that?" added Wacker. "I guess you put the guy from 'Twilight,' right?"

To continue reading about Marvel Editor Steve Wacker's "Spider-Man 4" villain picks, head over to SplashPage.MTV.com.

In the May issue of "Interview" magazine, Emma Watson shows the world that she can pose like an "it" girl like its nobody's business. Rocking all black and fishnet body stockings, the "Harry Potter" star is sending you her love in the form of lipstick kisses on veils on the magazine's cover and a photo inside the magazine.

Watson, quite frankly, is bewitching in the photos and she shows off her edgy side in deep red lipstick and dresses with fringe and feathers. In the interview in Interview (how meta!), she admits that she's willing to keeping playing Hermione as long as she doesn't have to get all parental in "Harry Potter 30."

"That would be so cringe!" she exclaimed when asked if she'd play Hermione's mom someday. "Don’t you think people would be bored of seeing me in Potterworld by then?" (See Watson's photos after the jump) Read More...

Leonard NimoyOver the last few weeks, “Transformers” director Michael Bay has spent a considerable amount of time telling us about his favorite Earth-invading robots, and even revealed the Transformer he hated so much that he decided to kill it. But these days, he’s wrestling with the final touch: Who will voice his new “Transformers” robots, and will a “Star Trek” legend be amongst them?

“I’m still not done with all the voices,” Bay explained to us recently when we brought up “Revenge of the Fallen” robot casting for the film, which hits theaters on June 24th.

As loyal fans of the robots-in-disguise remember, Mr. Spock himself - Leonard Nimoy - was the voice of characters like Galvatron in the 1986 cartoon “Transformers: The Movie.” And “Revenge” writer Roberto Orci has said that he’d like to see Nimoy return for the summer blockbuster. Further clouding the issue, however, is the fact that Bay and Nimoy are…related? Read More...
