Get ready, Kurt Loder: A star from one of your favorite films of the past few years thinks it's time the "D.E.B.S." made a sequel.
"I really hope Angela does," explained the beautiful Meagan Good, urging writer/director Angela Robinson to revisit the 2004 spies-in-short-skirts flick that has done well on DVD and seems to be playing on TV constantly these days. "I really had a good time on that movie."
Although it didn't make much money at the box office, the film didn't cost much to make either -- and stars like Good and Jordana Brewster have seen their visibility rise in the years since. Nowadays, the 26-year-old actress is busy making highly-anticipated horror films like "Saw V" and "The Unborn" and promoting them at Comic-Con; she admitted to us, however, that she'd like to loosen up again some day and go back to the all-girl spy school.
"It definitely has a cult following," Good explained. "I go to different places, and people are like 'Oh my God, "D.E.B.S." is my favorite movie!' I'm like: 'You've seen it?' and they're like 'Of course, we're always talking about it.'"
She also thinks that her co-stars would be up for grabbing their guns again. "I felt like the cast was great, and we had great chemistry," she beamed. "I think [a sequel] could be kick-ass, and I feel like we should go for it. I feel like people would definitely support it, and have a good time with it."
So then, one D.E.B. down and three to go. That is, of course, if Good doesn't mind slipping back into those naughty schoolgirl uniforms one more time.
"Are you kidding me? Of course," she laughed. "For sure!"
Is "D.E.B.S." a franchise best left in the library section of your local video store? Or would you like to see a sequel?
