Our guest blogger Laura Culpepper will be covering the highlights from now through the big show on Sunday, so check in daily as she live-blogs her Movie Awards experience!
So, MTV knows I'm a huge Twilight fan. I was unsure if I would do anything related to "Twilight" while I was here since Robert, Kristen, and Cam were only going to be at the awards and I wasn't sure what I'd be doing then, so I didn't arrive with any expectations.
I woke up this morning and was taken to one of the two MTV offices here in L.A. to shoot my video introduction to readers on the blog. I was pretty nervous because I am a horrible speaker and not used to looking into a camera or anything. I was filming the fifth or sixth take of my introduction, when Robert Pattinson tapped me on the shoulder and asked me if I wanted to be one of the first people to see the first scene from "Twilight" (you can watch it too during the Movie Awards preshow this Sunday, June 1 at 7:30pm ET!). The rest is history.

I had a great time talking to Rob, and I'm so thankful to MTV for making it happen! He's a really cool guy and I know he's going to do a great job playing Edward in the movie. Twilighters, the scene you will see during the pre-show on Sunday is amazing, and I know you're all going to love it.
