Who says we don’t share the love around here at the MTV Movies Blog? We’re but a few short weeks from one of the holiest days of my year, June 1st — the MTV Movie Awards, and I’m looking for a like-minded film fanatic to join us as we descend upon Los Angeles and do it up as only MTV can. Are you a movie blogger, a fellow worshipper at the altar of film? Do you enjoy blogging about movie award shows? Have you blogged about the MTV Movie Awards in the past? I might have just the thing for you.
Here’s the deal. MTV has seen fit to allow me to choose one of you, our passionate and brilliant readers (always suck up to your audience, let that be a lesson to all bloggers), to accompany me and the MTV News gang to Los Angeles the week leading up to the MTV Movie Awards. You’ll be a part of all the anarchy and tenuously controlled chaos that goes into putting on the best movie awards show this side of the Oscars.
We’ll fly you out to L.A., put you up in a hotel, and give you great access to all big events leading up to the main event, the MTV Movie Awards, hosted by Mr. Mike Myers himself. You’ll be our special guest blogger for the week, recounting everything you see and hear right here on the Movies Blog. Maybe you’ll even get a little face time on the channel.
WHO CAN ENTER:
Now, I’m not looking for just anybody. I want someone who worships flicks, loves to blog about them, and isn’t afraid to tell me how they feel (in a thoughtful and entertaining way, not in a red-faced scary way please). If you’re the kind of fan who can make an impassioned case for why Harry Potter could defeat Spider-Man in a fight AND explain to me definitively that Michael Bay is or is not the anti-Christ, well then this might be the thing for you.
Beyond you being you, you’ll just have to look to be between 18-30 years old, a legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and available to come to L.A. on or around the dates of May 29-June 2. The deadline for your entry 12 noon EST on May 14th.

I think u should give the opportunitie to somebody out of the States. All contest are always for the ppl from North America! Dude! They can pay a bus and go there, give the chance to some other person int he world, who olny can dream about being part of all this, not so someone who walk into that street almost everyday.
