A Special Message To The Newly Named ‘Twilight’ Fans, Straight From The Stars

You’ve watched the brand-spankin’ new set visit video so many times that “I don’t know; they’ve got brooms!” is your new personal catchphrase. You’ve read so much about Stephenie Meyer’s cameo in the “Twilight” film that you’ll know exactly where to look for her come December 12. Maybe you’ve even posted some very nice things about yours truly, which I completely appreciate — although let’s be honest, MTV Movies Blog reader “Lyndsay”: a “worldwide Larry Carroll Appreciation Day” just seems to be shooting a tad high. Hell, I doubt my wife would even celebrate it.

Now, get ready to feast like a blood-thirsty vegetarian vampire circling a wounded deer: A more detailed, written version of our visit to the Portland set just went live, revealing even more details about the flick.

You might also notice that throughout the piece, we’re calling the “Twilight” fanbase one name. And that’s because our recent “Twi-Hards, Twilighters or Something Else?” poll has officially come to a close!

I love how Kristen is Rob's personal drum. I love being able to see the lighter side of the actors. I'm so glad I can finally and officially know what to call myself. Ha-ha I still like #2-Twi-hard. Or better yet Twi-hard Twilighters. I had never heard “Fanpires”. I kinda like that. It is growing on my. Larry I LOVE the way you presented the voting results. Again I like the way your mind works, it certainly benefits us, the Twi-hard Twilighters. Thanks Larry and MTV - keep it coming!

AHH!!! I LOVE IT!! XD!!

I just watched it twice, and the drum roll part always makes me laugh.
I really like seeing how Nikki ("fanpires", that's great!!) and Kellan just get along so well together, they are going to portray Rose and Emmett perfectly, I have no doubt!
Kristen however still seems a little "blah, whatever" about this whole thing (just based off of interviews). Hopefully Robert can get her to lighten up and have some fun (he used her as drums, ha!)

One thing I'd like to ask though. I would love to make sure I only watch things here on MTV, but I live in Canada and the videos aren't accessible to those outside the US. Why is that? Maybe something can be done about that? I have to watch everything on youtube and I'd rather not. I know you would rather us fans didn't either.

I personally do love the fanbase name Twilighter even if it somehow reminds me of the word HIGHLIGHTER immensely. lol. But I have to agree with Nikki, FANPIRES are just catchy! and CULLENISTS too. ;)

PS: Nikki and Kellan are simply wonderful! I love the playful banter they have. It seemed sooo natural and it flowed sooo easily. They're too cute for words!
