Granted, the idea of a transplanted body part giving the receipient the memories/powers/etc. of the original owner isn’t exactly the newest plotline: way back in 1935, a pianist received the hands of a murderer in “Mad Love.” But then, that movie didn’t possess the hotness of Jessica Alba. See what she makes of the concept (as a blind violinist who receives a cornea transplant) on February 1st, but before you do, check out the exclusive clip below and then read our preview of “The Eye” here.
You can skip to the end and leave a response.

Another asian horror remake
god, I am fed up with remakes
I love the originals, and the eye is one of my favorite asian horror films
but this remake (which I bet most people don’t know its a remake!) will ruin the original as the ring and grudge did

Some months ago I wrote that I think it was good that Jessica Alba got the lead role instead of Renee Zellweger as it was first thought when it was still an Paramount project.
But I might have gotten second thoughts on this, but time will tell if she can pull this role of or not.
