Ever wonder what Comic-Con is like for the Hollywood stars who make the trek? With that in mind, we asked celebrities to snap photos for us and send them in with captions. Our first contributor was “Shoot ‘Em Up” director Michael Davis, and now we have our second. Amanda Tapping plays “Samantha Carter” on “Stargate SG-1” and “Stargate Atlantis,” and captured pics with everyone from co-star (and “Farscape” lead) Ben Browder to thousands of fans at her panel.

Oh wow! Those are great pics of everyone. I Really like the picture of Amanda and Ben. I can’t imagine having that many fans in one room! Seeing all those camera shots … wow! lol the shoots of the Sanctuary fans and the SG-1 and Atlantis fans were great and the press lol… Must have been a great convention! Thanks Amanda for providing the Pics/captions and MTV movies for posting them!!

Thanks very much for making these photos available. I’ve seen photos of the Stargate actors taking pictures, and always wondered just what they took. Now you’ve answered the question!

Having the actors take pictures of their time at Comic Con was a great idea. Very cool pictures of the actors, the audience and the exhibit hall.

Yeah Tracy, reckon John will be getting worried! Excellent photos- very cool to see the event from your point of view, and it looks like everyone had a great time. The girl on the Star Wars booth looked brilliant.

Linked to this from my site. It’s always cool to see stuff like this going on. Must have been a blast with 120,000+ people there this year, though you’d think that she could find more than 10 things to take pictures of.
