Well, that's my assumption at least after spending a long time chatting with the 80's icon recently. You either get the Rutger Hauer thing or you don't, so consider this post for those like-minded fools similar to me. That speech in "Blade Runner"? The one about "attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion"? Please, the man can do no wrong! And don't make any cracks about his hair in the clip below! I'm talking about you.
But back to my headline...as gregarious as Rutger is, he turned a little prickly when asked about appearing in that "Hitcher" remake earlier this year. It just wasn't his bag.
